Common use of Owned Personal Property Clause in Contracts

Owned Personal Property. Schedule 4.13(a) lists as of the Signing Date all of the personal property (including all machinery, equipment, vehicles, structures, fixtures and furniture) owned by Seller and used in the Business, located on its premises or shown on the Interim Balance Sheet or acquired after the date thereof (except for inventory subsequently sold in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice).

Owned Personal Property. Schedule 4.13(a3.10(c) lists lists, as of the Signing Date Date, all of the depreciable personal property (including all machinery, equipment, vehicles, structures, fixtures and furniture) owned by Seller the Company and used in the Business, business of the Company or located on its premises or shown on the Interim Balance Sheet or acquired after the date thereof (except for inventory subsequently sold in the ordinary course of business and consistent with past practice)premises.
