Owner and Construction Manager. The CM and the Owner shall perform as stated in this Agreement and each accepts the relationship between them that is established by this Agreement.
Owner and Construction Manager waive all rights against each other, and against the contractors, consultants, agents and employees of the other, for damages covered by any property insurance during construction, and will each require appropriate similar waivers from their contractors, consultants and agents.
Owner and Construction Manager. 1.1.1 Relationship: Pursuant to the authority under RCW 28A.310.200(7) and 28A.310.010, the CM shall be the Owner’s principal consultant in providing the CM’s services described in this Agreement. The CM and the Owner shall perform the duties and obligations as stated in this Agreement.
Owner and Construction Manager shall have access to the Work and Project Site at all times during the performance of the Work, and Contractor shall make reasonable accommodations for any separate contractors to complete their work without undue interference or unreasonable delay.
Owner and Construction Manager. Subject to Construction Manager’s diligent performance under the Agreement, the lump sum compensation will be paid to Construction Manager in equal monthly installments during construction of the Project. In accordance with this Amendment:
