Owner and Tenant Obligations Pending Dispute Resolution. The rights and responsibilities of both Owner and Tenant under the Lease shall be unaffected by, and continue, pending the Dispute Resolution Process, including the ability of the Owner to access, maintain, and repair the premises. Any actions taken by the Owner to repair the premises during the Dispute Resolution Process shall be considered by the Deciding Authority in rendering a decision.
