Common use of Owner Authority Clause in Contracts

Owner Authority. Owner has full right, power and authority to execute, deliver and perform this Agreement without obtaining any further consents or approvals from, or the taking of any other actions by any third parties, and this Agreement, when executed by the Parties, will constitute the valid and binding Agreement of Owner, as the case may be, in accordance with its terms.
