Owner-Directed Changes. The Owner may unilaterally direct the General Contractor to implement changes in the Work so long as the Work the Owner is requiring is not outside of the general scope of this Contract For Construction, and the General Contractor, upon written direction from the Owner, shall proceed with such change.
