Common use of Owner-Directed Changes Clause in Contracts

Owner-Directed Changes. It is the intent of the Parties to preserve the design of the Standard Plant, including the approach to the supply chain, construction, licensing, operation and maintenance. However, Owner may request any Change, provided it is technically feasible, with the understanding that such Change may cause the Facility to no longer qualify as a Standard Plant, subject again to Sections 9.3 through 9.5.
