Owner Furnished Products. Design Build Entity shall provide the following for each item furnished by the Judicial Council for installation by the Design Build Entity as identified in the Furniture Responsibility Matrix attached hereto as Exhibit R, and/or any other applicable Contract Documents: 13.19.18.1. Delivery to site, unless specifically noted otherwise. 13.19.18.2. Applicable taxes, permits and fees.
