Extended Guaranties. If any guaranty exceeding five (5) years is provided by the supplier or manufacturer of any equipment used in the Work, then Contractor’s guarantee for such materials shall be extended for such term. Contractor shall supply County with all warranty and guaranty documents relative to equipment and materials incorporated in the job and guaranteed by its suppliers or manufacturers.
