Common use of OWNER LESSOR'S RIGHT TO REDEEM LESSOR NOTES Clause in Contracts

OWNER LESSOR'S RIGHT TO REDEEM LESSOR NOTES. The Owner Lessor may, at its option, (a) with the consent of Xxxxx City, redeem any Initial Lessor Note, or any Subsequent Lessor Note, in whole or in part, in accordance with the provisions of ARTICLE IV of the Lease Indenture, and (b) without the consent of Xxxxx City, redeem any Lessor Notes in accordance with SECTION 7.1(C) hereof.
