Owner Meetings. The Contractor shall conduct construction and progress meetings with District Representatives, and Construction Managers that occur at least weekly and as otherwise requested by the District, to discuss such matters as procedures, progress problems and scheduling. The Contractor shall prepare and promptly distribute official minutes of such meetings to all parties in attendance including Architect, District and Inspector.
Owner Meetings. The Hotel's general manager shall meet with Owner's Representative as hereinafter defined in Section 4.01(viii) quarterly to review and discuss the previous and future month's operating statement, cash flow, budget, capital expenditures, important personnel matters and the general concerns of Owner and Manager. In addition, a representative of Manager's corporate staff shall meet with Owner's Representative quarterly to review and discuss the previous and future quarter's operating statement, cash flow, budget, capital expenditures, important personnel matters and the general concerns of Owner and Manager. Except to the extent otherwise mutually agreed upon by Owner and Manager, the quarterly meetings described in this clause (xiv) shall be held at the Hotel;
Owner Meetings. Other meetings that APS deems necessary to discuss such matters as procedures and scheduling. The CMA shall participate in all required meetings, including meetings with A/E, GC and subcontractors, school staff and operating personnel, county inspectors, and the community. The CMA shall also review all meeting minutes provided by others to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Owner Meetings. A. Date, Time and Place of Meetings of Owners, Secretary. Meetings with the Owner shall be held at such date, time and place within or without the State of Delaware as the Managers may fix from time to time, or if there are two or more Managers and they are unable to agree to such time and place, the Owner shall determine the time and place. No annual or regular meetings with the Owner are required. At any such meeting, the Managers shall appoint a person to preside at the meeting and a person to act as secretary of the meeting. The secretary of the meeting shall prepare minutes of the meeting which shall be placed in the minute books of the Company.

Owner Meetings. Each Party (i) shall take all action necessary under all applicable law to call, give notice of and hold a meeting of such Party’s owners (each an “Owner Meeting”) to vote on approval of this Agreement, including consummation of the Merger and the other transactions contemplated hereby; (ii) submit such proposal to such owners at its Owner Meeting and make available to each of its owners the Joint Information Statement that has been jointly prepared by the Parties to provide complete and consistent information regarding the Merger to owners of both of the Parties; and (iii) not submit any other proposal to such owners in connection with the Owner Meeting without the prior written consent of the other Party.
Owner Meetings. The Servicer shall meet with Owner monthly, or more often if required, to review and discuss the previous and future month's operating statement, cash flow, budget, capital expenditures, important personnel matters and the general concerns of Owner and Servicer ("Monthly Meeting"). Except to the extent otherwise mutually agreed upon by Owner and Servicer, all Monthly Meetings shall be held at the Project.
