Owner Member, Officer or Employee. No member, officer, or employee of the Owner during his tenure shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in this Agreement or the proceeds thereof. Additionally, no member, officer or employee of the Owner shall have any interest, direct or indirect, in any portion of this Agreement or the proceeds thereof in which the FDOT is participating pursuant to a Joint Participation Agreement for a period of one year after the termination of his or her employment or affiliation with the Owner.
