Common use of Owner Provided Documents Clause in Contracts

Owner Provided Documents. All written materials, plans, drafts, Drawings, Specifications, computer files or other documents (if any) prepared or furnished by Owner or any of Owner’s other consultants or contractors shall at all times remain the property of Owner, and Contractor shall not make use of any such documents or other media for any other project or for any purpose other than as necessary for use in completion of the Work. All such documents and other media, including all copies thereof, shall be returned to Owner upon the earlier of Substantial Completion of the Project and termination of this Agreement, except that Contractor may, subject to its confidentiality obligations as set forth in Article 18, retain one record set of such documents or other media.
