Owner Remedies for Customer Default. Upon the occurrence and during the continuation of a Customer Event of Default, and at any time following the expiration of the respective periods referred to in Section 12.1, in addition to any other rights set forth elsewhere in this Agreement or provided by Law, Owner may serve a written notice upon Customer (an “Owner Notice of Termination”) that Owner elects to terminate this Agreement upon a specified date which shall be no earlier than one (1) Day and no later than twenty (20) Days after the date of serving such Owner Notice of Termination, and this Agreement shall then expire on the date so specified as if that date had been originally fixed as the expiration date of the term herein granted, without waiving any other remedies that Owner may have. No Customer Event of Default shall be deemed waived unless in writing and signed by Owner.
