Common use of Owner Supplied Materials and Information Clause in Contracts

Owner Supplied Materials and Information. 3.1.3.1 The Owner will furnish to the Contractor those surveys describing the physical characteristics, legal description, limitations of the Site, site utility locations, and other information used in the preparation of the Contract Documents. 3.1.3.2 The Owner will provide information, equipment, or services under the Owner’s control to the Contractor with reasonable promptness. The Owner makes no representation as to the accuracy or completeness of the site information furnished to the Contractor by the Owner, and is not responsible for any interpretations or conclusions reached by the Contractor with respect to the information.
