In accepting the Trust, Owner Trustee acts solely as trustee hereunder and not in any individual capacity, and all persons other than Trustor having any claim against the Owner Trustee by reason of the transactions contemplated hereby shall not have any recourse to Owner Trustee in its individual capacities.
