Common use of Owner’s and GEC’s Right to Examine Clause in Contracts

Owner’s and GEC’s Right to Examine. Owner, GEC, and their authorized representatives shall have the right, during normal working hours and on reasonable notice, at the premises of the Contractor or Subcontractor to examine drawings or documents which have been or are being prepared by Contractor or any Subcontractor for the purposes of this Agreement, except drawings or documents containing proprietary manufacturing know-how which is confidential to its owner.
