Common use of OWNER’S CONFIRMATION Clause in Contracts

OWNER’S CONFIRMATION. The Owners have been made parties to these presents to confirm the Allottee(s) that the owners shall join to the Deed of Conveyance or transfer that will be executed and registered by the Promoter for sale of the Said Unit in favour of the Allottee(s) and the common areas to the Association of Allottee(s) without claiming any consideration or additional consideration from the Allottee. The Owners obligation is limited to transfer of land comprised in the said premises which shall be in favour of the Allottee(s) individually or jointly as may be applicable.

OWNER’S CONFIRMATION. The Owners have been made parties to these presents to confirm the Allottee(s) that the owners shall join in as party to the Deed of Conveyance or transfer that will be executed and registered by the Promoter for sale of the Said Unit in favour of the Allottee(s) and the common areas to the Association of Allottee(s) without claiming any consideration or additional consideration from the Allottee. The Owners obligation is limited to transfer of land comprised compromised in the said premises land, which shall may either be in favour of the Allottee(s) individually or jointly the Association of the Allottee(s) as may be applicable.
