Common use of Owner’s Construction Schedule Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Construction Schedule. Within ten (10) days after the end of each calendar quarter and sooner if a material change occurs, commencing at least ninety (90) days prior to the commencement of construction, Owner shall prepare and submit to Distribution Company for review an update of the Owner’s Preliminary Schedule (such updated schedule as established herein, the “Owner’s Construction Schedule”). At the request of Distribution Company, Owner shall make the personnel responsible for preparing the Owner’s Construction Schedule available during normal business hours and upon reasonable advance notice to discuss the Owner’s Construction Schedule with Distribution Company.
