Common use of Owner’s Designated Professional Representative Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Designated Professional Representative. Unless otherwise directed by the Owner, one (1) designated Professional shall act as the Owner’s representative from the effective date of this Contract for Construction Management until one (1) year from the date of achievement of Substantial Completion.
