Owner’s Designated Representative. Prior to the start of construction, Owner will identify the Owner’s Designated Representative (ODR), who has the express authority to act and bind the Owner to the extent and for the purposes described in the Contract, including responsibilities for general administration of the Contract. 3.1.2.1 Unless otherwise specifically defined elsewhere in the Contract Documents, the ODR is the single point of contact between the Owner and Contractor.
