Common use of Owner's Negotiation of Leases Clause in Contracts

Owner's Negotiation of Leases. Owner may negotiate leases directly with prospective tenants and may discuss directly with tenants, and/or brokers, terms of leases being negotiated by Manager; provided, however, that Manager shall not cease to be Owner's leasing broker under this Agreement with respect to such leases as a result of such negotiations by Owner.
