Common use of Owner’s Project Criteria Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall collaborate with the Design-Builder in development of Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with relevant information regarding the Project.

Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall collaborate with the Design-Builder in development of Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with Owner’s Project Criteria including the UW Facilities Design Standard. If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing such criteria, Owner shall provide Design-Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding the Project.

If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing such criteria, Owner shall provide Design- Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding the Project.

Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall collaborate with the Design-Builder in development of Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with Owner’s Project Criteria and other relevant data for Design–Builder to provide Services under this Agreement. If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing additional studies and / or criteria as an Additional Service under Section 2.7 hereof, Owner shall provide Design-Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding the Projectsuch services.
