Owner’s Project Criteria. Owner shall provide Design-Builder with Owner’s Project Criteria including the UW Facilities Design Standard. If Owner desires that Design-Builder assist Owner in developing such criteria, Owner shall provide Design-Builder with its objectives, limitations and other relevant information regarding the Project.
