Owner’s Representative Services Clause Samples
The Owner’s Representative Services clause defines the role and responsibilities of an individual or entity appointed by the project owner to act on their behalf during a project. This representative may oversee project progress, coordinate between the owner and contractors, review and approve work, and make decisions within the scope authorized by the owner. By clearly outlining the authority and duties of the owner’s representative, this clause ensures effective communication, streamlines decision-making, and helps prevent misunderstandings between the parties involved in the project.
Owner’s Representative Services. (a) Owner's Representative shall, on behalf of RURCBOG, assist, facilitate, coordinate and administer all development and construction activities as described in the Scope of Services contained in the Owner’s Representative Request for Proposals (RFP 2016 #1) and in accordance with this Agreement (the "Owner's Representative Services").
(b) Owner's Representative's services hereunder shall be rendered in a manner consistent with the level of skill and the best practices ordinarily exercised by Owner's Representatives of projects of similar size and class to the Building Project.
(c) RURCBOG acknowledges that the professional services and work product provided by Third Party Consultants as contemplated herein (including the Building Project Architect) are the responsibility of such Third Party Consultants and that Owner's Representative does not warrant or guarantee the work product of any such Third Party Consultant; except to the extent that Owner's Representative specifically assigns responsibility for part of Owner's Representative's scope of work under this Agreement to such Third Party Consultant. Owner's Representative shall promptly notify RURCBOG if Owner's Representative determines that the work product of the Building Project Architect or other Third Party Consultants is at variance with applicable laws, codes, or regulations and shall diligently enforce the terms of its contracts with Third Party Consultants, the Building Project Architect, and all other persons furnishing Owner's Representative with work or services respecting the Building Project, including those terms and incorporated legal standards that pertain to the quality and timeliness of their respective work product.
(d) Owner's Representative shall maintain and keep current all records pertaining to the cost of the Work and the Development Services for the Building Project and shall make the same available to RURCBOG, the State of New Jersey and its respective departments and agencies, and any law enforcement agency, for their respective review and audit on reasonable request at any time from the Effective Date until a date that is seven (7) years following Final Completion, at which time the Owner's Representative shall turn over all such records to RURCBOG.
Owner’s Representative Services. The Developer proposes to perform comprehensive construction management services for the Project during the design, permitting and construction of the Project. The Developer’s scope of work would include, without limitation, the management of the Project schedule and budget, overseeing and managing the ▇▇▇▇’▇ performance under the applicable contract, holding necessary Project meetings with the JPA, contractors and relevant third parties, review of Project invoices, Project accounting and review and acceptance of the ▇▇▇▇’▇ work. Such services would be completed in return for a fee equal to three percent (3%) of the total Project hard and soft costs included in the Project budget (the “OR Fee”).
Owner’s Representative Services. The Consultant shall perform Services on behalf of the Owner as the principal contact with the construction contractor for the Project (the “Contractor”), and representatives of building tenants. The Consultant will report to the Owner through a “Project Manager” in the Department of Administrative Services (“DAS”) Enterprise Asset Management Division, who is identified above as the Owner’s Representative (the “Owner PM” or “Owner Representative”). The Consultant shall coordinate communications between the Owner and the Contractor, conveying concerns, decisions and formal actions regarding the Project. Consultant's Services during Phase 1 shall consist of the following:
Owner’s Representative Services. Subject to the prior authorization to proceed with services in regard to each phase identified below, CSG will assist the Owner during the design, referendum, bid, construction and close-out phases of the Project. CSG will also assist the Owner in analyzing alternatives and in seeking the best-value option so the Owner can make an informed decision before proceeding to referendum for the Project.
Owner’s Representative Services. 1. Engineering; technical, project management, and consulting services to support Power System projects including but not limited to generating statioh projects, electric substation projects, HVAC/HVDC converter station projects, utility-built solar projects, security projects, critical infrastructure protection and cyber security compliance projects, distributed energy resources projects, Feed-In Tariff solar projects, Solar Incentive Program and Net Energy Metering (NEM) projects. ,
2. Construction engineering and management services. The Contractor shall also provide knowledge transfer and training, including knowledge transfer in general, methods and documentation to be used, knowledge resources that will be available to LADWP representative{s)/task managers, and the costs and conditions associated with knowledge transfer. Upon request, the Contractor shall provide specialized knowledge and expertise to LADWP staff in order to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. The Contractor shall use applicable LADWP Power System standards. In addition to LADWP Power System standards, all work shall conform to all applicable codes and regulations of governing agencies. Ail documents, drawings, and electronic files produced shall become the property of the LADWP.
Owner’s Representative Services. DPAC will be reimbursed up to an additional $751,067.99 from project construction funds for additional costs of Owner's Representative services as a result of the extension of the estimated completion date of Stage 1 of the Arts Center. The increased funding will result in less project construction funds available for Stage 2 of the Arts Center.
