Common use of Owner's Right to Examine Servicer Records Clause in Contracts

Owner's Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner shall have the right to examine and audit, at its expense, upon reasonable notice to the Servicer, during business hours or at such other times as might be reasonable under applicable circumstances, any and all of the books, records, documentation or other information of the Servicer, or held by another for the Servicer or on its behalf or otherwise, which relate to the performance or observance by the Servicer of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement. The Servicer shall provide to the Owner and any supervisory agents or examiners representing a state or federal governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Owner, including but not limited to OTS, FDIC and other similar entities, access to any documentation regarding the Mortgage Loans in the possession of the Servicer which may be required by any applicable regulations. Such access shall be afforded without charge, upon reasonable request, during normal business hours and at the offices of the Servicer, and in accordance with the applicable federal government agency, FDIC, OTS, or any other similar regulations.
