Owner's Right to Examine Servicer Records. The Owner shall have the right, at its expense, upon reasonable notice to the Servicer, during business hours or at such other times as might be reasonable under applicable circumstances and on the Servicer’s premises, to examine and audit any and all of the books, records or other information of the Servicer whether held by the Servicer or by another on behalf of the Servicer, which relate to the performance or observance by the Servicer of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Agreement, and to discuss such books, records or other information with an officer or employee of the Servicer who is knowledgeable about the matters contained therein, upon Owner’s reasonable request.
