Common use of Owner’s Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner and its agents shall have access to the Resort at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or showing the Resort to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgagees.

Owner’s Right to Inspect. The Owner and and/or its agents duly authorized representatives shall have access the right to enter the Resort at any and all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection or showing inspecting the Resort to prospective purchasers, tenants or Mortgageessame and during standard business hours for inspecting the books and records of the Business.
