Common use of Owner’s Right to Inspect Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Right to Inspect. Owner, through its employees or agents, shall have the right to enter upon the Parking Area at all reasonable times during the Term of this Agreement for the purpose of inspecting the same and making such repairs as Owner may deem desirable, upon providing Licensee with reasonable advance notice, whenever practicable.
