Common use of Owner’s Right to Make Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Owner’s Right to Make Adjustments. The Owner reserves the right to review the insurance requirements set forth in this Article during the effective period of this Contract and to make reasonable adjustments to the limits of coverage it deems necessary and prudent based upon changes in applicable law or the claims history of the CM or the industry. If Owner makes material changes to the insurance requirements of this Contract, then Owner shall also allow reasonable premium adjustments to authorized General Conditions Costs.
