Owner's Right to Procure Replacement Insurance. If, after the inception of the Contract, the Consultant or any of its contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, or subconsultants fail to fully comply with the insurance requirements of the contract, in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available to the Owner provided by the contract, the Owner may, at its sole discretion, procure and maintain on behalf of the Consultant insurance which provides, in whole or in part, the required insurance coverage.
