Owner's Right to Procure Replacement Insurance. If after the inception of this Contract the Design Professional fails to fully comply with the insurance requirements of this Contract, in addition to and not in lieu of any other remedy available to the Owner provided by this Contract, the Owner may, at its sole discretion, procure and maintain on behalf of the Design Professional, insurance which provides, in whole or in part, the required insurance.
