Common use of Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner Clause in Contracts

Owners to notify Manager when ceasing to be Owner. Each Owner shall notify the Manager when it ceases to be the Owner of any Share and notify the Manager of the name and address of the new Owner. Each Owner shall remain liable for all sums due and payable under this Deed and for the compliance with this Deed up to the date on which such notice is received by the Manager but without prejudice to the liability of the new Owner under this Deed.
