Ownership and Reservation of Rights. 3.1 StonikByte reserves all rights not expressly granted to the Licensee in this XXXX. 3.2 The Software and all copies thereof are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. 3.3 StonikByte or relevant third parties own the title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software and all subsequent copies of the Software. 3.4 The Software is licensed, not sold and the Licensee does not acquire any rights of ownership in the Software.
