Ownership and Risk of Loss. You will own the Device and bear all risk of loss of, theft of, casualty to or damage to the Device, from the time it is shipped to you until the time (if any) when it is returned to us in accordance with this Agreement. We offer a 180-day warranty against manufacturing defects on all Devices we offer and will replace any faulty equipment that is returned to us within that period of time. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only, and specifically does NOT cover damage that results during shipping, from misuse or abuse, or was caused by electrical surges or lightning strikes.
