Payphone Charges. If you use our “Toll Free” feature or any toll free feature that we offer in the future, we will be entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to your number. We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If you use our toll free features that we offer now or in the future, ZTELCO will be entitled to recover from Customer any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to your toll free number(s). We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If Client uses Marco’s “Toll Free” feature or any toll-free feature that Marco offers in the future, Marco will be entitled to recover from Client any charges imposed on Marco either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to Client’s number. Marco may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Xxxxx xxxxx appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If Customer makes use of any toll free feature that is or may be offered by Tek-Hut in the future, Customer acknowledges and agrees that Tek-Hut is entitled to recover from Customer any charges imposed on Tek-Hut by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through Tek-Hut's suppliers in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s number, or any charges imposed on Tek-Hut by its suppliers to recover such costs. Tek- Hut may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Tek-Hut deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If you add a Voipia Toll Free Number to your account or any toll free feature that we offer in the future, we will be entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on us either directly or indirectly in connection with toll free calls made to your number. We may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as we deem appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If you make use of SYNERGY CONNECT Toll Free Services you acknowledge and agree that SYNERGY CONNECT is entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on SYNERGY CONNECT by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through SYNERGY CONNECT’s suppliers in connection with toll free calls made to your number, or any charges imposed upon SYNERGY CONNECT by its suppliers to recover such costs. SYNERGY CONNECT may recover these amounts by means of a per- call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as SYNERGY CONNECT deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
Payphone Charges. If you utilize VoiceSkyCom Toll-Free Services, you acknowledge that VoiceSkyCom is entitled to recover any charges imposed by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through VoiceSkyCom’s suppliers, for toll-free calls made to your number. These charges may be recovered through a per-call charge or another method deemed appropriate by VoiceSkyCom. VoiceSkyCom strives to keep domestic and international per-minute rates consistent. However, rates may fluctuate due to changes in underlying wholesale costs or legislation. If rates change, you will be notified in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of the change. The rate change will become effective immediately upon delivery of notice to you.
Payphone Charges. If Customer uses CT’s “Toll Free” feature or any toll-free feature that CT offers in the future, CT shall be entitled to collect from Customer any charges imposed on CT, either directly or indirectly, in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s number. Customer acknowledges and agrees that CT may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as CT deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs, its CT’s sole discretion.
Payphone Charges. Gold Line will charge any state, provincial or federal mandated payphone fee imposed on Gold Line by payphone owners in connection with toll free calls made to Customer’s toll free numbers. Gold Line may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion as Gold Line deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.

If you make use of VOIPTEL PROVIDERS Toll Free Services you acknowledge and agree that VOIPTEL PROVIDERS is entitled to recover from you any charges imposed on VOIPTEL PROVIDERS by payphone owners or operators, either directly or indirectly through VOIPTEL PROVIDERS’s suppliers in connection with toll free calls made to your number, or any charges imposed upon VOIPTEL PROVIDERS by its suppliers to recover such costs. VOIPTEL PROVIDERS may recover these amounts by means of a per-call charge, rounded up to the next cent, or in such other fashion, as VOIPTEL PROVIDERS deems appropriate for the recovery of these costs.
