Common use of Ownership and Use of Databases Clause in Contracts

Ownership and Use of Databases. As between the Parties, Licensee shall own all right, title and interest in and to all Databases. During the Term, Licensor may use the Databases as specifically provided hereunder, without payment to Licensee, but to the extent Licensor's use requires access to a third party's technology, Licensor shall be required to obtain and pay for such access.
