Ownership and Use of Sample Data. Each Party has the right to use the Sample Data for any lawful purpose; provided, however, each Party’s use of the Sample Data is subject to Section 6.3(e) and is subject to the limitations on disclosure of the other Party’s Confidential Information in Article 7.
