Common use of Ownership by OEM Clause in Contracts

Ownership by OEM. All Intellectual Property rights evidenced by or embodied in and/or attached/connected/related to the OEM Software and the Bundled Software (but not including the Software included therein) or any part and any adaptations or derivatives thereof and the OEM Confidential Information are and shall be owned solely by OEM. Licensor acknowledges that except as expressly provided, Licensor has not, does not, and shall not acquire or enjoy any rights with respect to the Bundled Software (but not including the Software included therein) and/or any adaptations or derivatives thereof.
