Ownership in Background and duty. to inform Each Party shall retain ownership of its Background. Prior to the launch of a Project and during a Project, the Parties, to the extent possible prior to the use of Background, shall mutually inform one another in writing, to the best of their knowledge, on the existence of required Background.
