Ownership Interest By Inheritance. Any person who acquires title or ownership of a Unit, in whole or part, through inheritance, shall within 30 days of acquiring title or ownership notify YVHA of the same. The Owner-by-inheritance may request a determination from YVHA as to whether they meet the requirements to be a Qualified Owner of the Unit (meeting Resident and Income Eligible requirements for the Unit), and submit such information as may be required by YVHA under its rules and regulations or policies to make that determination. The Owner-by-inheritance shall have twelve (12) months from the date which they acquired title or ownership of the Unit to meet the requirements of a Qualified Owner.
