Common use of Ownership of Acquiring Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Acquiring. Fund Shares will be shown on the books of the Acquiring Fund's transfer agent. Acquiring Fund Shares will be issued in the manner described in the Acquiring Fund's then-current prospectus(es) and statement of additional information (collectively, the "Acquiring Fund's Prospectus"); the Acquiring Fund, however, will not issue share certificates in the Reorganization.
