Common use of Ownership of Cards Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Cards. All Cards are owned by and are the property of the Bank. All Cards must be returned to the Bank immediately upon demand from the Bank. The Cardholder shall destroy any Card the Bank requests the Cardholder to destroy by cutting the Card in half, and upon the Bank’s request, the Cardholder shall hand deliver or mail the destroyed Card to the Bank.
