Common use of Ownership of Customer Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Customer Data. You retain ownership of and all intellectual property rights in Customer Data and grant Us and Our licensor, Genesys, a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable (except to parties working on Our behalf), non-transferable, royalty-free license to access, process, store, transmit, and otherwise make use of the Customer Data as necessary to provide the Services and to otherwise fulfill Our obligations under the Agreement. We will not rent or sell any Customer Data.

Ownership of Customer Data. You retain ownership of and all intellectual property rights in Customer Data and grant Us and Our licensor, Genesys, a non-exclusive, non-sublicenseable (except to parties working on Our behalf), non-transferable, royalty-free license to access, process, store, transmit, and otherwise make use of the Customer Data as necessary to provide the Services and to otherwise fulfill Our obligations under the Agreement. We will not rent or sell any Customer Data.
