Common use of Ownership of DIR Data Clause in Contracts

Ownership of DIR Data. DIR Data shall be and shall remain, as between the Parties, the property of DIR and/or the applicable DIR Customers. Service Provider shall not sell, assign, lease or encumber DIR Data. Service Provider shall not disclose to or allow access by third parties to DIR Data, unless expressly provided for in this Agreement. Service Provider shall not commercially exploit, or permit a third party to commercially exploit, DIR Data on behalf of Service Provider or any other person or Entity. DIR Data shall be made available to DIR, upon its request, in the form and format as reasonably requested by DIR.
