Common use of Ownership of Document and Copyright Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Document and Copyright. All the deliverables and study outputs including primary data shall be compiled, classified and submitted by the Contractor to the Employer in hard copies and editable soft copies in addition to the requirements for the reports and deliverables indicated in the Terms of Reference.
