Ownership Of Drawings, Specifications And Other Documents. All Contract Drawings, Specifications, and other incidental architectural and engineering work or materials and other Contract Documents and copies thereof furnished by District are District’s property. They are not to be used in other work and are to be returned to District on request at completion of the Work, and may be used by District as it may require, without any additional costs to District, and without approval from Contractor.
