OWNERSHIP OF GROWING CROPS. 12.1 Growing crops on the land shall belong to the Landowner until severed but shall be held by him subject to the rights and interests of the Share Xxxxxx therein pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement and in particular may not be sold or disposed of by the Landowner without the written consent of the Share Xxxxxx.
