Ownership of Improvements to Leased Premises. Throughout the Term of the Lease, the Expansion Project and any other improvements constructed upon the Leased Premises, including any alterations, renovations, replacements or additions thereof, shall be the sole property of Tenant, and Landlord shall have no interest therein. Upon the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease, all of the improvements constructed upon the Leased Premises shall become the property of the Landlord.
