Common use of Ownership of items supplied for Services Clause in Contracts

Ownership of items supplied for Services. The Customer shall retain title to all items supplied to TRT for TRT to provide Services in respect of. The Customer grants TRT a general lien in respect of all Customer owned items in TRT’s possession from time to time, to secure all amounts owed by the Customer to TRT from time to time. The Customer agrees that this general lien is in addition to any statutory or common law lien that may apply, including a workmen’s lien, and any other security that TRT may have pursuant to these Terms.
