Common use of Ownership of Pre-Existing Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Ownership of Pre-Existing Intellectual Property. All Pre-Existing Intellectual Property used and identified to the Authority by the Contractor in connection with the provision of the Project Services or the creation of Contract Intellectual Property remains the property of the Parties or its licensors.

Ownership of Pre-Existing Intellectual Property. All Pre-Existing Intellectual Property used and identified to the Authority Auditor-General by the Contractor Audit Service Provider in connection with the provision of the Project Audit Services or the creation of Contract Intellectual Property remains the property of the Parties Audit Service Provider or its licensors.
